CANCELATON POLICY
As a courtesy to all guests and the CH1 Luxury Hair Team, please provide at least a 72-hour notice of cancelation for your appointment. By scheduling with CH1 Luxury Hair you agree to the below Cancelation Policy.
Appointments canceled with less than 72-hours’ notice before their appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Appointments canceled with less than 24-hours’ before scheduled time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
A “no call, no show” will be charged 100% of the scheduled service the day of the appointment.
We strive to provide our guests 100% of ourselves and our time during your appointment, which means we do not double book. This means if an appointment is cancelled without proper notice, it will be harder to fill in the missed appointment on short notice and our team will not be compensated for their valuable time. We appreciate your understanding and we can’t wait to see you in the salon!
